Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active winzit Account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. winzit reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
winzit operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account restrictions.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winzit login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. winzit will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect that your winzit Account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify winzit immediately via the live chat support function. winzit will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend your account pending the outcome of such investigation.
All transactions and wagers placed through your winzit Account are deemed to have been made by you. winzit is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
An account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. winzit reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its prevailing fee schedule, which will be communicated to the registered email address on file prior to any deduction.
winzit currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). winzit reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Players.
Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are credited to your winzit Account instantly upon confirmation of payment. Deposits via bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account balance. winzit does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. Approved withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. winzit reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. winzit reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of any suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, wagers, and winnings are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). winzit does not currently support multi-currency accounts.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by winzit are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they may be converted to Real Money Funds eligible for withdrawal. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus; unused bonus funds will expire at the end of the validity period.
winzit employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming multiple accounts to obtain bonuses, placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements, and coordinated play between multiple accounts. Any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their account suspended, all bonus funds forfeited, and any winnings derived from bonus abuse may be voided.
winzit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of cancellation will be notified of any material changes to the terms of that promotion.
Each game available on the winzit Platform is governed by its own set of game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing wagers. In the event of a discrepancy between a game's displayed rules and its underlying software, the software outcome shall prevail.
All RNG-based games on the winzit Platform use certified random number generators that have been independently tested for fairness. Live dealer games are conducted using real physical equipment operated by trained professionals. winzit does not manipulate game outcomes.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, winzit reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's account. winzit's decision in such matters is final.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the winzit Platform without the prior written consent of winzit.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winzit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if winzit has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
winzit's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
winzit does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. winzit is not responsible for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your device as a result of your use of the Platform.
winzit collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the winzit Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. winzit implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial information.
winzit is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from your account settings at any time.

winzit reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) a Player breaches any provision of these Terms; (b) winzit is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority; (c) winzit suspects fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity; or (d) a Player fails to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
Upon termination of an account for cause, winzit reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed at the Player's own request and no breach of these Terms has occurred, any remaining Real Money Funds will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of KYC verification.
winzit reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via the registered email address on file and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the winzit Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the winzit Platform, you agree to first contact winzit's customer support team to seek an informal resolution. winzit will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving written notice.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies as determined by applicable law. Nothing in this clause limits winzit's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
